The UBC written exam can be taken 4 times a year, or you can take the UBC computerized exam on specific times and days, once you complete their requirements. The computerized exam is an additional fee of approximately $125. Do it right the first time and prepare for the exam with the Fast Pass Real Estate Exam Course.

I have failed the UBC exam before. Should I take your course?

The biggest mistake some people make is that they are not willing to seek help. We write the UBC exam every year, so we are aware of the questions they are asking. Can I write the exam right after I’ve completed the Fast Pass Real Estate Exam Course?

Before attempting the exam you must have accomplished two things, as per UBC: 1. Complete and pass all assignments within the specified time frame; 2. Submit a copy of your English Language Proficiency Requirement. Subsequently, you may register for the exam on the UBC website.
There is a high failure rate with those who take this exam by themselves and are not well-prepared. Enrolling with Fast Pass Real Estate Exam Course will give you the knowledge on what to study and how to study, as well as when and how to write the UBC exam.

Why not just learn the math using the UBC book?

We can certainly teach you the math only via hourly tutoring but we have found, over the years in business, that although many people get through the assignments, they have just gone through the motions and don’t really understand the concepts. The UBC exam has many questions on it that are very similar to the Fast Pass assignments so it is highly recommended to take the entire Fast Pass Real Estate Exam Course. We will teach you our math formula in the very first class and show you the calculator formulas, exclusive to Fast Pass students. As a result, you will be able to read a math question, know what they are asking for, pick out your formula, and distinguish what is key or if it is a trick question. We also do a quiz before every chapter so you can have the advantage of taking a test daily. This will help you learn to understand how UBC words their questions.

I have passed all my assignments. Could I get help with the math portion only?

We can certainly teach you the math only via hourly tutoring but we have found, over the years in business, that although many people get through the assignments, they have just gone through the motions and don’t really understand the concepts. What happens if I am having a hard time with the calculator or need more help?

Approximately 98% of people who call us have the same concern. This is one of the main reasons we started Fast Pass. Our math is taught from the very first class in little steps. You are not alone — this is our focus. We are here to make sure you understand what we are showing you — simple, easy, fun.

Do you provide private tutoring? If so, what is the cost?

Yes. We provide one-on-one tutoring, as well as small group tutoring. Please visit the Courses section of our website for more information.

I’ve already completed a few assignments. Do I need your entire course?

No. However, each assignment must be completed before you register for the UBC exam and understanding these assignments is very important to your success with the final exam. No matter where you are in the UBC course, taking the Fast Pass Real Estate Exam Course will give you a fresh beginning, as you will be shown simple methods of each section to help you succeed. Just completing the assignments is not enough. You must know how to properly read the questions and fully understand the course to pass.

I was a realtor before / I am challenging the exam. Can I just show up and write the exam?

Yes and no. Great industry experience will assist you in understanding the material; however, it will not prepare you for how the UBC exam questions are designed. The double negative multiple choice questions are daunting. You need to be prepared in order to pass the exam.

I am working in the industry now. Do I really need to take a class?

Knowing the industry and getting through this course are two very different things. We will teach you proper study habits, prepare you with quizzes, provide study groups, and walk you through a series of easy to learn calculator formulas that are invaluable to the exam and exclusive to the Fast Pass Real Estate Exam Course. Our goal is to make sure you understand the course and pass the exam on your first attempt.
